This Mother and Baby Yoga class will include:
- a chat over a hot drink and biscuits
- some gentle movement including sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, reclined postures and a relaxation session to finish.
The focus will be on the mothers and their post partum recovery. For example healing diastasis recti and pelvic floor disfunction. There will be a space with blankets and toys for the babies (I do suggest bringing your own toys too). There is a baby changing facility and a space with big comfy sofas at the back of the room if you feel better having more privacy when feeding.

Love Yoga hosts the following yoga classes in Codsall:
- Yoga for mixed abilities from beginners to those that have practised yoga before
- Pregnancy yoga to support mothers through pregnancy and prepare them for child birth
- Mother and Baby yoga with a focus on post partum recovery
- Yoga in schools to both students and staff
- Private classes for students who would like more 121 attention or who are not wanting to attend a group setting.
All classes include breathing exercises, sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, reclined poses and finishing with a relaxation at the end.
