Aim: This special class is designed to combine Yoga, massage for baby and to promote special bonding between Mother and Baby.
Focus: Yoga practice for mummies is designed to strengthen the body, and reduce stiffness. Baby massage to stimulate nervous and digestive systems, reducing constipation and colic. Relaxation reduces stress induce calmness in both mother and baby.
