Mum & Baby Yoga classes provide an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself and bond with your baby in an enjoyable and relaxing way. By gently bringing you to a yoga practice that calms you during what can be a tumultuous, albeit precious, and wonderful time.
Special attention is placed on developing core strength and stability – classes will focus on movement, balance and relaxation to allow your body to recover from pregnancy and birth, while also helping you rebuild strength in your pelvic floor and core.
NOTE: Mum & Baby Yoga is suitable from 6 weeks after birth (or 8 weeks after a C Section) right up until your little one starts to crawl. Check with your doctor and/or midwife before starting exercise.
