Being able to support and empower Women through a massive transition in their life is extremely rewarding to me. I really wanted to make a difference in women’s experience through the parental period, after having a difficult birth myself and a tough start to motherhood. I only truly began to heal from this when I became involved with YogaBellies and popped along to a Mum&Baby yoga class, (which had taken me 6 months to build the courage to go to). Looking back at the person I am today I cannot help but feel proud at how far I have grown, back the if you had asked me to stand in front of a room full of ladies and teach a class I would have ran in the opposite direction. Anyway when it came to finishing classes with my first born (Earla) in 2015 I didn’t want my YogaBellies journey to end so I looked into becoming a teacher and doing my training. The training was amazing I literary wish I could do it over and over I have never met such empowering women or a support network as strong. Passing my CYT Teachers training was the best feeling in the world and I cant wait to spread my knowledge and hopefully help/support women in any way I can. I see my fellow teacher’s and beautiful customers as a sisterhood and respect everyone of them. So if your reading this thinking, I could do with a stretch, chat and a cuppa…..give me a call or message I don’t bite and I have been through it all myself.
