In mummy and me classes I will teach a gentle guided yoga flow in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Depending on their age, your little ones can join in and copy, potter about and play around us, or just have a snooze in their pram! No previous yoga experience is necessary.
You deserve something for you that your little one can enjoy too!

Hi I'm Lizzie! I teach fun, friendly & inclusive yoga for everyone, in the Carterton area.
Daytime, evening and family friendly classes are available.
I teach slow flow yoga for everyone, each pose is explained from the ground up, giving you time to get into the pose, making the class easy to follow and suitable for beginners, whilst still challenging the strength of those who are more familiar with the poses. Variations of each pose will be offered to help you find the best option for your body.
With every class I teach my hope is that you arrive feeling welcome and at ease and leave feeling relaxed and connected to yourself, having worked and stretched your body in a way that feels comfortable to you, having had fun along the way!
