After practicing yoga for many years I decided to do my yoga teacher training in the birthplace of yoga... India. My classes bring elements of calm and tranquillity whilst we focus linking our breath with our movements as we flow through our postures. Sometimes we practice in candlelight and through out the vinyasa flow class we are stretching and creating length through our bodies at the same time as challenging our bodies building strength and tone.
