My name is Sandra Lizeth Bayliss and I am a newly qualified Yoga teacher by The British Wheel of Yoga. However, I have been a teacher all my life. I absolutely love the practice of Yoga and meditation. It brings me back home. It boosts my feelings of gratitude and appreciation for life as it is.
As a teacher I am very excited and honoured to be able to guide people to find their own way to relating to Yoga. It is beautiful that this opportunity to teach is an intersection where my vision of the world and my passion for movement can actually meet. I really hope I can meet you soon.
