The guided classes of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga, are designed to clean the body, especially the nervous system.
The movement done during posture sequences along with breathing generate heat which also produces sweat.
Sweat purifies the body by eliminating toxins.
In these classes we'll practice the first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga while offering beginners or students with any difficulty variations of postures to avoid injury.
You will have the oportunity to deep into your practice guided by a yoga instructor who is student of K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India, founded by K. Pattabhi Jois, who is considered the father of this tradition.

I studied Psychology , a science that as Yoga does, it studies the mind to understand our thoughts and emotions, with the goal to find wellbeing and happiness.
I travel to India and study yoga. I became Hatha Yoga instructor at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Madurai. Then I travelled again to India, this time to Mysore, where I studied an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course. Now a days, I am a Saraswati's student at the K.Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, (KPJAYI), in Mysore, India.
