Classes are Vinyasa Flow yoga, which can be taken at your own pace. So whether you need an energising or healing class, the sequences I teach can be adapted and modified to suit you. All yoga classes are open level, so suitable for very new beginners, as well as more experienced practitioners.

Hi my name's Helen ( you can find me on social media as hmfyoga :) )
I teach a dynamic form of Vinyasa Flow style yoga, which can be taken at your pace. So whether you need an energising or healing class, the sequences I teach can be adapted and modified to suit you.
All classes are suitable for people starting out in yoga or more experienced yogis. I teach a maximum of 8 students at a time, so this allows me to give everyone attention during the class.
Teaching at You Are Here Studio, based in E2 Bethnal Green, please find days and times below:
Monday: 6.30 - 7.30AM
Tuesday: 6.30 - 7.30AM & 6.30 - 7.30PM
Wednesday: 7.00 - 8.00PM
Thursday: 6.30 - 7.30PM
Saturday: 8.30 - 9.30AM
