Using a combination of traditional postures, breathing techniques and meditation you will begin to explore the benefits a yoga practice offers.

Each class will begin with a short guided meditation to allow rest and begin the process of destressing. This will be followed with a warm up to loosen up the joints ready for our main practice. Towards the end of the class we will concentrate on poses seated on the ground, working more meditatavely to get deeper into releasing tight muscles. The class will end with rest.
I have been practicing for over 10 years and would love to share my love of yoga with you. The classes are fun and challenging, you will certainly leave with a smile on your face and life in your body.
