Post Natal Yoga for Mummies & Babies

Suitable for mums with babies up to 6-7 months. Mums will strengthen, tone and gently stretch to regain energy & vitality after the rigours of labour. Focus is primarily on nurturing mums;also re alignment & deep toning of pelvic floor & abdominals & strengthening lower back.Supportive of diastasis recti, lax ligaments, feeding demands of baby & c section recovery. Practices are all suitable for women who have recently given birth. Nothing jarring, always working with, rather than against the body Breathing awareness & relaxation are also included. Babies also love their own passive stretches & songs, which strengthen their backs, ease wind & digestive issues, stimulate respiration & all body systems, in a friendly, supportive environment.
