Classes are for post natal recovery and are suitable for mums 8 weeks post birth. Sessions involve classically adapted yoga poses, micro movements and breathing techniques which will help mums to regain strength, re-align spine amd pelvis and close the body. Babies come along to the sessions so you can pratcice yoga with baby by your side. Friendly , relaxed classes

I am fully qualified and experienced Hatha yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and fertility yoga. I teach regular local classes and am available for one to one, as well as group sessions.
