Post Natal Yoga with Babies
- Gentle yoga based movements to recover your figure and muscle tone
- Yoga breathing and relaxation to nurture you and your baby
- Strengthening and toning mums’ pelvic and abdominal regions
- Regain your physical and inner strength and realign your back
- Relaxation and deep rest together to compensate lack of sleep
This class is suitable for women from 6 weeks after giving birth dependent on your body, post-natally. Please only start this class when you feel ready to start using your body in a gentle way.

The Rose School of Transformational Yoga offers a variety of classes for those that are interested in beginning or continuing their journey of Yoga. We offer various classes including group yoga classes, group meditation classes and Sangha’s, Pregnancy and Post Natal classes, one 2 one sessions and wonderful retreats and workshops.
All classes are Hatha Yoga classes, blending together different traditions from the various and generous teachers we have had the pleasure to learn from.
