Yoga Therapy & Natural Fitness
1-2-1 Yoga Therapy sessions prescriptively use practices such as asana poses, mindfulness, breathing & meditation to address specific illnesses and issues and to promote wellness. Classes focus on a particular approach such as pregnancy or postnatal yoga, stress or chronic fatigue, Parkinson's or pain management . Natural food, environments, movement & living can enhance this return to your natural balance.

Lez has studied in a range of yoga disciplines. Key studies have been with Paul Dallaghan in Ashtanga Yoga (Yoga Alliance teacher training), working and living at Samahita Yoga Thailand and therapeutic studies with Yogacampus London, completing a diploma in Yoga Therapy. She is also a trained Thai Yoga Massage therapist. As a keen outdoor Being Lez has world class accomplishments in sailing and windsurfing and is also a BSUPA paddle board teacher. She lives by the sea & woodlands.
