A class you can bring your baby to ! This class uses the Birthlight method, this lively and fun class is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal until babies start crawling.
Yoga to support your baby’s individual developmental progress, promoting optimum health in all physical, cognitive and social aspects. Yoga for you, specially designed for the postnatal period to tone with an emphasis on stretching out areas of tension, a specific focus on the pelvic floor and on realigning the body. Every class ends with a lovely shared relaxation with your baby.
