Caireen teaches both pregnancy and postnatal yoga as well as regular Hatha classes in Newcastle, Gateshead and Washington, Tyne & Wear. She trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching since 2010. The style she teaches is gentle Hatha Yoga. The classes are suitable for all abilities and no prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to participate!
