Some experience in Vinyasa or Ashtanga is recommended for this class. A class for those who like a challenge and are looking to improve their fitness and overall body strength. A Dynamic, strong and sweaty session, Power Flow is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa Flow; expect a faster paced flow-style sequence, which weaves in some more challenging postures, arm balances and inversions. The class will end with a lengthy stretch off and Savasana, leaving you feeling re-energised, centred and grounded.
