Clare has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She completed a vinyasa flow 400 hr teacher training with Julie Martin of Brahmani Yoga in Goa, India in 2010 and more recently a Power Yoga 200hr teacher training at Lumi in London in 2018. With experience in many types of yoga and meditation, Clare teaches with compassion and is committed to empowering people through yoga.
