Yoga with Jessica Adams is rooted in Scaravelli-inspired yoga, a style of yoga that is sensitive to the needs of every individual's body and which works with movement, postures and breath in a gentle yet dynamic way. Jessica teaches weekly general classes, as well as specialist classes for pregnancy and birth. She also offers workshops and one-to-one tuition.
