Pregnancy Yoga - you should be at least 13 weeks into your pregnancy and have had your first scan before beginning classes.

I offer general Hatha Yoga Classes, as well as One to One classes on Yoga for MS, ME & Chronic Fatigue, Cancer and Pregnancy Yoga. I also do Thai Yoga Massage Treatments.
