Pregnancy Dru Yoga class. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy (Possibly earlier if you are already practicing yoga on a regualr basis). A lovey time to relax and connect with your baby as well as strengthen and tone the body and mind ready for the birth and motherhood and beyond.

I am a fully trained, qualified and insured Dru Yoga teacher teaching adults, children and Pregnancy yoga.
Dru yoga is based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisations.
Dru works on mind body and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being. It also increases strength and flexibility builds a heightened feeling of positivity and brings a state of deep relaxation.
Dru is designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.
