I've been practising yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2013.
I teach pregnancy, hatha flow and postnatal mum and baby yoga classes. Be prepared for some postures to be held, to have movement and to find softness with strength.
I have also been trained in yin yoga which is particularly helpful in understanding the subtler sensations that arise in the body.
I'm interested in the relationship between breath and the mind/body and also the energetic body. Yoga is for everyone, from desk bound workers to athletes.
I teach on the Yoga London pregnancy and postnatal course that is registered with Yoga Alliance.
