Practicing Yoga whilst Pregnant can benefit your body, mind and emotions and help you bond with your baby. The postures help to keep the body supple and strong. The relaxation helps to relieve stress and promote restful sleep, whilst the breathing and visualisation will help to carry you through your birthing experience and into the arms of your baby. Come along to class or practice from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Each class is £6.50 and booking is essential.

Natalie has been practicing Yoga for many years and comes from a background of Ashtanga, Hatha and Iyengar. Having a strong belief that Yoga can have a positive life changing effect, Natalie decided to undertake the CYF teacher training course and has been teaching ever since! Whilst pregnant in 2013, Natalie decided to complete the Yoga Campus Pregnancy Yoga teacher training so is also qualified in this area along with Postnatal Yoga for which she completed her training with Birthlight, London.
Natalie offers lots of alternative postures in her classes and encourages everyone to work to their own level and how they feel at the time.
