Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise to practice during your pregnancy. Safe and fun, we work on breath techniques which will be useful in labour, easing common pregnancy aches and pains, strengthening and toning, pelvic floor work and also, so much needed relaxation. First class is just £5. After that it's £49 for a block of six classes.
