The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses. Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks to birth.

Aiming to nurture, challenge, energise and inspire the communities of Worcester Park, Old Malden, Espom & Ewell through the practice of yoga.
Specialising in breath-centred, alignment-based flowing Yoga.

Professional Development in Postural Alignment (IGPP)
Part of my continuing professional development, includes training & countless workshops with professional dance companies & international teachers of Yoga; Postural Alignment Professional Development & healing therapies such as Shiatsu, holistic movement therapies including Feldenkrais, Franklin Method, Releasing Techniques & Pilates.
The yoga classes I teach, generally are Vinyasa Flow. I've learnt & practiced Iyengar, Dynamic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda methods. Inspiration from my own practice and the teachings I receive, deeply and continuously informs my teaching.
