Qualification & Training:- Renu has master's degree in Yoga therapy & Yogic sciences. She had her initial training in India which she continued in UK and have got the Yoga courses done from some of the premiere institutes of London. She Runs Yoga alliance Accredited Teacher trainings and workshops.
Registration:- Yoga Teacher Trainer ,Senior Yoga teacher (SYT), Registered Pregnancy Yoga (RPYT) - Yoga Alliance UK.
Yoga Styles:- Qualified to teach Hatha Yoga,Yoga therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Birth Therapeutic Yoga Teacher etc.
Research:- Asthma patients to evaluate level of stress,anxiety and depression which was sponsored by premiere International Yoga university.
Teaching method:- Safest means of practicing postures (Asanas) and breathing techniques (Pranayama) that accommodates the need of each student. Dedicated to providing Yoga in its completeness, a practice that reaches beyond the mat and into the lives of individuals. She believes that Yoga is not only a form of exercise but a way of life.
