This gentle flowing practice is the perfect way to connect you to your changing pregnant body, your baby and to other mums in your area. Each class includes movement, breathing and visualisations to help you feel comfortable and calm during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
The classes combine traditional yoga techniques with hypnobirthing principles. Helen is a trained Hypnobirthing instructor and British Wheel of Yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2005.
