Classes will involve specially adapted yoga postures and movements to help develop strong and supportiive muscles. The yoga sequences will focus on opening the body to allow energy to flow freely along with breathing techniques to deepen the breath and help develop inner strenth and calm. Relaxation methods will release stress and tension and restore the bodys natural balance.
