Yoga therapy aims to integrate traditional yogic concepts and techniques with Western medical and psychological knowledge to address specific human ailments especially chronic in nature. It tries to address the illness or discomfort in a holistic, multi-dimensional way by using non-invasive and complementary tools. It can be used to manage the illness as well as encouraging healing at all levels to deliver physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance.
My personal approach is based on developing deep understanding of the individual client’s need. I work with my clients so that they can develop tools and confidence to facilitate healing and manage their individual health issues with the help of yoga therapy.
Block booking is possible with paying £300 for a block of 6 lessons (valid for 3 months).
Cost of general lesson is £60 per hour.

I have been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching from 2004. My creative approach is drawing on many traditions but heavily influenced and inspired by the teachings arising from Sri Krishnamacharya's lineage such as Viniyoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga. My lessons are guided by the studies with Sylviane Gianina, Burgs and Shiva Rea, structured around meditative flow based practice and tuned to the individual needs. Vera trained as Doula with Dr Michel Odent and supported over 30 births to-date.
