🧘🏻♂️Hello, I am Alonso Seixas and I’m a fully qualified & insured BWY teacher based in Maida Vale, London.
I discovered yoga in Rio in the late eighties. Having experienced the benefits that yoga brought to my personal life and general health, it became a natural impetus for me to share this knowledge with others seeking good health, well-being and positive changes in their lives.
For 10+ years, I have been teaching both group classes and private lessons for in London, where I live. I promote well-being through Hatha Yoga practice, supported by instruction about the philosophical and subtle aspects of this wonderful, ancient technique of self-refinement and cultivation.
