In these 75 minute classes you'll explore a mix of foundation and intermediate poses in depth, practice pranayama and meditation all with a philosophical thread for a real yoga experience, taught with heart. This is the ideal class to progress your yoga practice.
Your teacher for these sessions is Claire Plastow. Claire is an accredited British Wheel of Yoga teacher. 500hr, Level 4 BWY Dip and has practised yoga for almost 20 years. She is trained to teach beginners and experienced yogis alike.

We specialise in Hatha Yoga and teach from the heart. The emphasis is on your health and well-being and their aim is for you to feel great. You'll stretch and strengthen, use your breath to deepen your yoga practice and finish your class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Our independent, British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher focuses on you, which makes our classes hugely rewarding whatever your yoga experience.
