This is a Qigong class. Very like Tai Chi, Qigong consists of gentle, slow standing movements which help with balance, posture, flexibility and are very calming.
I also include some chair seated breathing practices and a short meditation

I have been enjoying yoga for well over 40 years, and teaching for about 15 years.
