Hi, I’m Sarah and I am so glad you found us!

​I have been teaching yoga since 2016 and my classes have always been safe spaces for female energy.
I teach Pregnancy, Postnatal, Embodiment and Restorative classes.Creating Rebel Heart Movement is my way of tying together the thread that runs through the whole of my work;
the celebration and healing of divine feminine energy.

Women have forgotten the electric, life-force energy they hold.
For too long this power, has been in-service to patriarchal conditioning and patterns of thought. We have repressed our connection and capacity to truly feel and trust our instinct and deepest knowing. We have forgotten Her, The Wise Woman who lives within us all.

Rebel Heart Movement is a celebration of divine feminine energy and exists to hold and support you through the many rites of passage we experience in our lives as women.
It is a movement of women for women to remember who we are.
At Rebel Heart Movement, we challenge conventional and patriarchal ideas around what it means to be a woman.
At Rebel Heart Movement you will find a community of kindred souls who are looking for something more than the narrative we have been given.
At Rebel Heart Movement we remember our instinct and deepest knowing. We remember Her; The Wise Woman within.
