‘Level 1-2’ is suitable for those students who have a good understanding of their own body and are working towards advancing their practise.
The series focuses predominantly on static postures, with perhaps one or two short flows included. The 90 minute class starts with 45 minutes of standing postures, followed by a 45 minute floor series, with a shorter floor series in the 75 and 60 minute classes.
Building on the fundamentals, these more challenging classes continue to use modifications and props, enabling more difficult poses and sequences to be practiced with safety as we challenge strength, flexibility, and balance.
Modifications and options are provided throughout the class for all levels and abilities.
The temperature in the Red Hot Level 1-2 class is between 38 - 42C with a humidity level of 40% - 50%.
