I practice and teach a slow, gentle way to unwind which promotes suppleness, mindfulness and the ability to relax. Yoga has enhanced my life since 1986 and I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2008 and since then as a BWY meditation teacher. I am inspired by Vanda Scaravelli’s teaching. All ages and abilities, including beginners, are welcome to join my classes and individual needs are catered for.
