Relaxed Dru yoga sessions. Each session starts with mindful movement Activations to let go of tension, loosen joints and gently awaken the body. A variety of Flowing Dru Energy Block Release sequences are practiced regularly particularly to help stretch out the back, increase flexibility and mobility. Sessions are concluded with a soothing guided relaxation.
