I have been practising yoga since 1983 and teaching since 2003. I focus on sanyama, the settled mind, in the asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation by drawing awareness to the moment of stillness. From the deep stillness, we relax, balance and allow healing to take place, breath by breath. I hold regular mini-retreats for deeper relaxation as well as BWY Foundation courses for studying yoga in more depth and am qualified to offer BWY Teacher Training Courses.
