Join a new yoga class in roath area of cardiff. The class offers traditional techniques of mindful movement, breath exercises and guided relaxation to promote mental wellbeing. Katy has been teaching more than four years originally training in india and currently studying a 2 year diploma course at mandala ashram. Her style is accessible but also challenging. Helping students to explore strength balance and flexibility. The classes will particularly focus on developing relaxation and mental wellbeing.
