Hatha yoga classes

Accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga, Certificate in teacher training, 200 hours. I've been practicing for over 10 years and enjoy all styles of yoga from iyenga and hatha to vinyasa and restorative. I love that yoga is for everyone; there's always a practice that can be tailored to the individual that can be modified or varied accordingly.
