2 Hour workshop for Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Pre-meditative asana followed by restorative yoga poses which are all aided by the use of blankets, bolsters and blocks to help find support and ease in each pose. Allow the body to open safely and relax in a peacful and nurturing environment.

I am fully qualified and experienced Hatha yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and fertility yoga. I teach regular local classes and am available for one to one, as well as group sessions.
