A passive healing practice that includes longer held poses with the use of props to return the nervous system to a parasympathetic state and away from a stimulated or 'fight or flight' state. Lowering blood pressure, slowing down the heart rate and creating a feeling of general wellbeing.

I found yoga at a point in my life when I was going through a difficult period. Yoga has helped me to transform my life and wellbeing and I wish to help others in this process too. Previously, I was a professional dancer and then a teacher of performing arts for over twenty five years. All my classes are beginner friendly and all levels/experience are welcome.
My Mission: To share the benefits of yoga within the local community.
