With a focus on alignment and precision, we move through the yoga poses in a slow flowing manner paying attention to every movement we make. This Saturday morning class is both strong yet accessible for all. We work together to strengthen the body, release tightness and calm the mind.
Hanri is a fully trained yoga teacher in Vinyasa and an Iyengar inspired Karuna yoga.
Classes are held in a relaxed, fun manner, with poses given for both the beginner and more advanced yogi.
Early booking is advised, and pre-booked places are discounted.
