A great way to start the day, with a gentle stretch and workout to sooth the body and mind. My teaching style is varied offering a good balance of flowing postures work, using a variety of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Hatha flow. My yoga classes offer a well-rounded workout, developing core strength and flexibility through the exploration and sequencing of different yoga postures. Posture variations will be offered to suit all levels of students. The teaching is hands on with posture adjustments made as needed. Come for a stretch! Kyle

I am a yoga teacher based in Anglesey, North Wales, and currently teach a number of Iyengar and Vinyasa based Hatha yoga classes. My yoga classes offer a well-rounded workout, developing core strength and flexibility through the exploration and sequencing of different yoga postures. I teach five classes per week and most classes are for a mixed ability and open to people new to yoga. A regular yoga practice is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. I have been practicing yoga for many years. My journey started with a trip to India to study yoga at the age of 18. I then became interested in Martial arts and Tai Chi, which I studied for many years in California. I moved to North Wales in 1988 and began to practice yoga once again. My teaching style is varied offering a good balance of postures and breath work, using a variety of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Vinyasa flow, Gitananda and Hatha yoga. Beginners are welcome to come to all classes and posture variations will be offered to suit all levels of students. The teaching is hands on with posture adjustments made as needed. I now run five classes a week and love teaching YOGA!
