Antonella (Amritananda) I have been teaching Satyananda Yoga for 23 years, my teaching Diploma is accredited by the BWY. The class in Crystal Palace has been running for almost 10 years, the one in Coney Hall for 3 years. Regular attendance is encouraged but you are welcome to try first, mats are available, avoid eating 2 hours B4 class wear comfortable clothes and bring a light blanket.
Satyananda Yoga is a much respected and loved traditional system which promotes an integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit. Learning is supported and nurtured in a friendly environment.
