Two Classes, 10am & 11.30am. Suitable for beginners who wish to regain flexibility, strength and tone without fear of strain, pain or injury, for those rehabilitating from injury and also for improvers of yoga who wish to experience a radical way to open and free the spine.

I a British Wheel of Yoga trained and insured yoga teacher whose style is inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. I teach usual classes and yoga for pregnancy. This yoga is suitable for beginners who wish to work towards healthy bodies without fear of strain, pain or injury and for those already familiar with yoga but want to try a radical approach which throws out the glory of the pose in favour of the naturallness of the body.
