I teach a mixed ability vinyasa flow class that draws on a fusion of yoga styles, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. We explore the playground of our yoga mat to balance body, mind, spirit and breath, building strength and flexibility and gaining body awareness.
I also teach children's yoga & pregnancy yoga and I am available to teach one to one and to teach in Children's clubs & schools.
