Anybody, any age, any ability can benfit immensley from the practice of classical yoga. My classes purposefully relax, energise and balance the body, through the invitation of asanas, postures, pranayama and enjoyment.
Depending upon your present day or evening mood
my guidance could alter the breath and unlock the body to a calm mind, stillness and vitality for the whole self.

I began my experience of classical yoga 18 years ago. I qualified at the Bushey school of Yoga. I share my practice with many students to all abilities into my twelth year of teaching now.
Listening to people situations of life...be it physical, mindful or ill health helps me to offer a class whereby for 90 minutes most individuals in silence,breath and movement can create a psychological break from the concerns of every day life to a focus and intent maybe for a few moments where your whole self could enjoy the moment of a restful body a quietened mind and a refreshed system.
