My name is Gerda Skrickiene and I am Serenity Holistic Expressions Female Health Coach .
Who am I?
I have PT qualifications, but I don’t call myself a PT or a trainer,
I have qualifications in nutrition
but I don’t call myself a nutritionist either
I am a coach, for women who’ve never been coached before.
Not the football type of coach!
I help women who are tired, stressed,
who want to feel better within themselves.
I coach women who feel like they’re struggling with fitting it all in,
who feel unsettled, tired, want more energy.
It’s more than just knowing how to move or what to eat and when.
It’s more than just hormones too.
It’s not about giving you more willpower,
