Modifications and advice provided for all postures
Classes run during term time with half term break in-between (usually 2x 5 wk sessions per term)
Fees are payable at the start of the term (5 wks. - £52.59 for 90 min class). Fees go up incrementally dependant on no of classes attended
Please bring a mat, blanket and any blocks/equip required.
Classes include elements of breathing techniques, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, visualisation, meditation techniques, relaxation. The classes are different every wk, and some or all of the above will be included.
There is always at least a 15 min relaxation at the end of the class.
Medical history will be taken prior to joining. Fully insured instructor

I have been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 30 yrs
I provide modifications/ advice as required for limitations to any posture
Yoga is for everyone - stretch but not strain
The friendly 90 min class will include elements of breathing practise, pranayama, mudras/bandhas, visualisation, meditation and relaxation.

Coat £10.50 per class for 90 mins payable in advance half termly (usually 5 wks), otherwise on an incremental scale.
