I have been practising yoga for over 8 years and teaching it for the last three years. In 2013 I completed Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Campus in London. I started teaching in October the same year. I strongly believe that yoga is for everybody. You do not need to be strong and flexible, quite contrary. Flexibility and strength are the results of the practice, they are almost its by products. Yoga helps to connect to our inner centre, helps to recognise our patterns and needs. I feel that practising allows us to grow kindness to ourselves and others. My main aim is to make my yogis smile, feel happier and healthier. The road to this starts from unfolding the mat and connecting with breath.
